MIND’s Creative Leaders Program is a Post Graduate Certificate Program in Design and Innovation (PGCP), with a certification from Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE).
The program is designed and delivered by global industry practitioners, who will train you in the principles, mindsets and methods from Design, Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship (DICE), over 22 weeks via live online studio.
During the program you will work from start to end on an industry driven live Capstone project as Dares, and add them to your portfolio.

Design a human system to deliver a parcel
This Dare is proposed by Kaleem Kamboj, Professor of Design Strategy and Managerial Entrepreneurship, Parsons School of Design – The New School
Design a fast and cost effective system to deliver a package from point A to B.
Get a package from a Bengaluru address to Delhi address by not using commercial or governmental means. Use the human system and measure how many hand to hand exchanges it takes to get from Bengaluru to Delhi.
Design a process which includes the execution of the human system with graphic iteration of the reporting.

Reimagine the work from home behaviour
This Dare is proposed by Alok B. Nandi, Managing Director-Partner of Spread Design BV / Past President of IxDA
Design the ideal work life balance for employees in the age of social distancing.
With social distancing emerging as the new mantra, organisations are witnessing a huge shift in the way we work. How can we design and create a work manifesto and cultural codes through means of communication.

DARE 3
Change attitude towards waste disposal
This Dare is proposed by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Govt of Karnataka
Design behaviour change towards waste management for the rural population of Karnataka and empathy towards personnel working with waste.
The Dept. of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj is creating over 1,000 Solid Waste Management units across Karnataka. But waste management is a habit deeply coded in the people’s psyche. How can we use design to nudge behaviours towards waste management.
Define the strategy and design the communication for the rural audience as an immersive communication blueprint.
